Shipping & Returns

3dmaterials.co.za keeps as complete an inventory as possible, however some items are offered on-order basis only or may be out of stock. This will mean that the delivery time will be slightly longer than usual. Due to products being imported, prices are subject to change, especially on items that are not in stock.

In the event of an extended delay in delivery time or price fluctuations, we will be in contact with you.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

In-stock items are dispatched once payment is reflected on our bank account.

Returns

Items may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered.

If the item(s) are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the item(s) having been delivered to you and must be returned to us as soon as possible. The defective part may be subject to a Supplier test.

Any damage to a delivered must also be reported immediately.

Items purchased through our website are returnable within 30 days for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) must be in original un-opened packaging
You must contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment
Return shipping charges are not refundable
Returns on items with free shipping will be refunded for the purchase price less the shipping cost originally incurred to send you the item(s)
The original invoice must be provided

Shipping charges ARE NOT refundable, unless an item was shipped to you in error.

In the event that an item requires warranty service, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warranty service centre.

E-Commerce & PrivacyThe Website www.3dmaterials.co.za sells Automation Devices and Accessories online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

The Website servers will in such instances collect the IP address of the User computer, but not the email address or any other distinguishing information. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent at the Website, pages viewed, etc.
